Avoid Italtile Bryanston

I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Italtile Bryanston the last 8 weeks. The initial delivery was promised within 10 days and it took over a month to receive the tiles. Another order was placed later and after confirming the tiles where reserved and held for me when I arrived to collect they had been sold to another customer. After purchasing black and white tiles for a checkerboard effect it turns out the white tiles were not of the exact same size effectively ruining the pattern. I was told that although advertised as 333x333 there is a 3mm margin of error allowed so I purchased 333 x 330 tiles which is blatant false advertising. I unfortunately could not return the tiles as they were already installed. Italtile promises superior product and service, of which I received neither.
