An Award deserving customer service!!!

I was looking for a black granite sink, almost all the stores I went to had no stock available. I went to Italtile Clearwater and was assisted by a lovely sales consultant lady by the name of Nomathemba Ndlovu. She told me the sink I wanted was out of stock as well in their shop, however, she took my details and promised to call me the following week, once the sink has been received . I was mind blown by the fact that she called me the next day and told me the best news ever, that my sink was now available and ready for me to take home. I wasted no time and drove to Italtile Clearwater, was assisted again by Nomathemba Ndlovu and received such wonderful and prompt customer service!!! Girl, you deserve a raise and a #1customer service award 🙂👏🏽 I just wanted to show you how much I appreciated your service as a customer!
