Absolute nightmare

Italtile are a bunch of useless idiots. The biggest one being the store manager Christo Slabbert. His nonchalant attitude is disgusting and he should not be in customer service at all. We ordered tiles for them (assuring us it will arrive by the 15th) for the very latest only to be told today the stock will come in on the 1st of June only. What the hell is wrong with you idiots? No one bothered to keep us informed and we already had our tiler arranged for Monday. A bunch of useless idiots. Will never ever ever buy from them again. And this will go onto every social media page.
