Worst service ever at italfurn polokwane

I experience the worst service of my life , the director was very rude , i had bought chest of drawers online which went for R 500 and made payments online however when i went to the store to collect i was told rudely by the director that the chest are finished and there is nothing he can do i can just take my money and leave . The guy smiled at me thinking i am buying something but as soon as i told him i am here to collect the chest of drawer he frauned and said i dnt hv them they are out of stock ,u can take your money and i did not want my money i wanted the chests and he told me you can go to the consumer ombuds i dnt care ,take my lawyers number s ..what kind of service is that.the worst service one could ever get from a service provider .
