Very Poor Service
I do not do this useally but never experinced such poor service from anyone They were sent out by Defy as a defy washing machine that is 3month old was not working properly, they came out collected the machine then had to wait 3weeks for them to return the machine. Used it for one day now nothing is working, Everytime i call them to come out to fix it they come with stories. then there techs are in training then the techs are not in town it is just realy poor service
