I was sold a switchboard through ITA and was made all these promises that we can cancel our telkom lines and use voip to make calles ect. When we went over to the system it did not work we could't hear our clients on the phone. They suggested i had to buy new equipment. For which I had to sign a contract with the Rental Company. I purchased the equipment and after that the phones also didn't work. So I have wasted all that money an I am still paying of contracts. We are currently using premi cells to make and receive calls. I have explained to ITA what my situation was en was just told by them I signed the contact and that it is my problem. Please be aware of this company they are ********. They will tell you about all this great products but none of them work. They will take you for every cent you have, and afterwards they will just say tuff.
