Overcharged by iswitch

This is the worst nightmare ever, we normally pay for the water every month we have paid over R600 today still it says we are owing water we cant get a voucher like what has happened to normal rates worstly we no longer do laundry here and on weekends we are not here I'm asking my self is this a ******* or what
