Horrible service providers, no transparency!

Horrible service!

At our Estate we use ISwitch to purchase electricity, and they have recently started billing water and sewage charges once a month. This means when you load electricity, the amount would first be allocated to the previous month's water and sewage charges. Just between yesterday and today I have loaded R600 and my balance is R0.87 yet the sewage and water charges add up to R382.10. I will never stay in an Estate that uses iSwitch. I moved from spending R1500 monthly on electricity and water to now spending about R2000 since this implemetation.
