Worst provider no solutions
Worst prepaid provider. I loaded units but still have no power. You have to ask a neighbour to boost you every time you run out of electricity and if you travel for work you are in worse trouble and if you are sickly there is no bypass.

Thank you for your review.
Kindly note that during the installation process we were unfortunately unable to capture the old balance from your previous meter as you were not available at the time.
When you contacted us last night, our support agent first attempted to troubleshoot the issue telephonically. As the matter could not be resolved remotely, a technician was dispatched to your property and arrived shortly before 9pm. The technician then assisted with transferring your previous balance onto the newly installed meter.
We have also identified that some residents experience difficulty loading top-ups when their power has run out. In most cases this occurs when the customer interface unit (keypad) batteries are depleted. Please ensure that the keypad has working batteries, as this will allow you to load electricity tokens even when the power is off.
If you experience any further issues, please feel free to contact our support team and we will gladly assist.
Kind regards
Yaseen
