Thank you soooo very much Thabang for assisting me with taking me step by step through when my units did not want to load on my machine. You were patient, efficient and technically sound to explain to me why my units werent loading due to frequencies etc you also called me back when I ran out of airtime whereby other agents just wouldnt care to do. I have dealt with a few agents in the past at I Switch and you by far were the friendliest and the most efficient. Thank youuuu so much
