STOP MAINSPLAING AND HELP

I am so tired of this company. Nobody listens to you. I have been trying for ages to get someone to understand my issue. MY METER IS NOT REFLECTING MY ELECTRICITY USAGE. The figures have not changed in over a month. Even the date is wrong. Yes it is plugged in! Yes it has batteries! It is impossible for the last day's usage to be 0. Or for my credit balance to stay the same since the beginning of February.
