A complex has been owing COJ for the past 6 years, with all owners of the complex getting services including but not limited to 24 hour security, cleaning services and flushing their sewer everyday (sewer which must be paid). We all know that staying in a complex means levies must be paid.

Now that the complex is taking measures ensure that COJ doesn't cut services in the complex for people who have honored their levies obligations, those who have opted not to pay levies are rushing here on platforms like HelloPeter trying to discredit i-Swtich, yet they were given opportunities to make arrangements to settle their levies debt and some blatantly ignored requests for meeting by trustees to find an amicable solution to their debt.

Who must pay levies while some of you enjoy the abovementioned services for free, when tou know you are not staying in an RDP comolex. We cannot afford to have our investments lose value, COJ cutting services for everyone and the complex turning into ***sty, because while you don't miss your monthly bond payment, you don't see the importance of paying levies.

The complex cannot have its services terminated by COJ because of owners who don't want to pay levies, yet get full services.
