Refund my money

Iswitch has been deducting money from my recharges to add to my levies. I have sent an email to mention that my levies are paid up and up to date all I want is them to refund me. No one respond to email and when I call my message is always escalated to a manager who never bothers to call. I call them and send email but no feedback. Their customer services is very very bad. They never get anything right. As an estate we changed from better to worse service provider
