Poor service

ISwitch is absolutely useless. Every month when I have to purchase electricity. If it's not their app malfunctioning and not sending through a token after a purchase, it's their lame excuses from their agents who take their precious time to respond. They make excuses of having influx of WhatsApp messages, calls and emails. They fail to even provide an ETA of when you can expect to be assisted with a token. How ***********, with HPS I never had this kind of ****ty service.
