I’ve been assisted by Harold in the past and feel that I must emphasise that my interactions with him are always delightful, when getting help from him this morning, I was met with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to assist me with my inquiry. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the resolution.
