Terrible. Their agent at The Atlanta Lifestyle Estate decided to override our prepaid electricity meter for a month after we complained about the consumption and discrepancy, then on Monday he switched of his own override and slapped us with a bill of over R5000 and refuses to remove this debt which he incurred on our behalf and now we cannot top up electricity and have not had power for a day…despite not having agreed with anyone on this he is adamant that we need to pay the amount and will not even provide a detailed report.
