High water charges

I have had a very bad experience with i-switch because i have called them multiple times asking about my water bill this month which is sky high. I explained to them that i have been paying a certain amount for months and everything has been the same. To my surprise my water bill is so high this month and i am staying alone, spends most times at work. Buy bottled water for drinking but still my water bill was ridiculously high. All the agents could ask was if I don’t have any leaks. And no i don’t have any leaks. I sent an email trying to narrate the story last week and i called multiple times and all they could say is they are investigating. Most people from my complex are complaining about the same thing but iswitch never takes is serious. The agent asked me to ask for proof in form of pictures of the meter readings, even today i am still waiting.

I won’t be surprised if they report this rating as false because thats what they do to everyone complaining about them. I am yet still to see if they remove it but they honestly a very bad company that overcharges us on water and sewage.
