High electricity consumption

Worst experience, all the agents except Harold are unwilling to help. I just moved into a new house which is a 3 bedroom and within the first 12 days the electricity used up is over 320kwh, which is highly absurd. When we call, the calls are not answered and when they answer they keep on saying they will escalate the matter and get back to us but they never come back. In the meantime the electricity is being consumed at this very high and nonsensical rate!!! Im even regretting moving to this place because of the Iswitch experience.
