Great service from Leeann at iSwitch Contact Centre

Prepaid metering systems were installed yesterday in my complex and as a new home owner it has all just been so confusing, but then i decide to call into there service centre and i was assisted by Leaann who was so patient with me, she explained how everything work and she really answered all my questions, she even made sure i understood everything before our call ended. Big ups to her, we need more people like her within the service centre space.
