Charges

Worst experiences with this service. You buy so much for tokens yet you receive so little units, most of the money goes into ridiculous charges which cost more than the actual units amount. I am extremely saddened by this service, it puts more financial strain on use. Just imagine having to buy R750 for both electricity and hot water for one person yet it’s not enough for the month.
