Worst service provider

Iswitch has the worst service in the world. My complex is getting water via Iswitch and the minute your water balance on the meter get to 1.00 the water get cut and when you ask for the explanation as to why you cant use the 1000L left no one has an answer. In one week I had to buy water for R300 from Iswitch
