I bought a Demo 1.9 Isuzu Double Cab at Isuzu World. Begin December 2025 I observed both back tyres thread are running off on the inside. I reported it to Isuzu and they agreed with me. They requested me to take the car for wheel alignment and the Workshop Manager accompanied me. The result from the wheel alignment was it was within specs. I did not agree and the workshop manager promised he will take the issue to Isuzu Head office and will provide feedback. I am in possession of the message. Needless to say nothing happened and no feedback. I returned to Isuzu World and adres the issue with the dealer Principle, Mr Le Roux. He looked himself and agreed that it is not right. He arranged with me to bring the vehicle in on a specific day because the "Engineers" will be with him. I was on time the day as agreed and they gave me another vehicle to use for the day while they will sort the issue with the Engineers. I got a call later the day to come fetch my vehicle. On arrival I learned they just took the vehicle to the same wheel alignment centre as they did in December 2025. Needless to say, the result the same - no issue. All of us observed the threat is off on the inside. I wasn't satisfied and they promised to again take the issue "further". They never come back with information. I called continuously to ask what is the solution because I am going to Namibia for 3 weeks from 19 June 2026. At one stage I was informed (not by the Dealer Principal or the Workshop Manager) that they will replace ons tyre and I must replace the other tyre. That is not the solution to expect from me to pay for a fault that they already accepted. I informed the person accordingly and he asked me for my email address which I gave him. Now, a week later, again quietness from them all. I am now sitting with a huge problem I can also mention that I use the vehicle for private purposes. Is there any way this issue can be directed to the right authorities please or must I just get rid of it. My opinion is Isuzu don't want to take responsibility. Should I go the legal way?

Had my D/C in for a service at Isuzu World Kempton park . After paying the R 9000 bill I drove off . At the first traffic light I stopped every ting seemed fine . As I pulled off the vehicle lost power and some lights came on . i safely pulled over , switched off and stared up again but this time the vehicle battled to start . on my way back to the dealership the vehicle had no power and I was very worried as the vehicle would keep cutting out . Back at the dealership I got hold of the workshop manager that I had delt with previously when they did not fill the brake fluid on a service . He called the technician and they put the vehicle on a lift . They the went ahead and correctly fitted the diesel filter that was not fitted correctly . I asked if the vehicles don’t get tested after the service and the workshop foreman told me the technician have to test drive the vehicle . After a bit of back and forth the technician Simon told me he did not test drive the vehicle . I would have expected the workshop foreman or workshop manager Lizwe to test the vehicle or at least check to make sure the technician has . I then sent a message to Le Roux the Dealer principal on the Monday explaining what happened . It is now the Friday of that same week and nothing from the Dealer principal . So this just shows that the captain of the ship leads by example . I will never take my vehicle back to isuzu Kempton Park . I will make a point tell everyone I encounter to rather make use of Isuzu Boksburg or Isando . This dealer probably don’t care but will once they lose business .
