Warranty issues

I use to service at alberante motors but they are busy closing down, so I took my vehicle to Williams hunt the glen I have blue tooth problems since 30 000 km that I have started to service my vehicle at alberante motors so at every service they past the bucket and again now at William hunt on 60 000 km. I can hear the people perfectly on my side but they cannot hear me. I am an loyal Isuzu fan and own two of these vehicles. I would like Williams hunt to sort this out while the vehicle are under warranty.
