Poor service Isuzu Middelburg Mpumalanga

On the 14 January 2023 we had a problem with our Isuzu MUX when our battery exploded in our garage when my wife started the car that morning.

Our Isuzu was towed to the Isuzu dealership. We only received the suv back on the 18/01/2023 after a struggle with the dealership to replace the battery that exploded. We phoned the dealership several times to follow up on the progress we were left in the dark and they never gave us a root cause why the battery exploded in the first place.

We saw that there is a corrosion problem inside of the bonnet , I again took the suv to the dealer on the 10th of July 2023 because the battery was sweating, I was told by the branch manager that I will be informed of the process going forward regarding the corrosion but until today I haven't received any feedback (21August2023) very poor customer service from Isuzu Middelburg in Mpumalanga.
