Poor service from Isuzu

<p>I have a 2015 Isuzu dubble cab bakkie, i took a exstra warrantee aswell as insurance on the bakkie,</p> <p>about a month ago we drove with the bakkie and it didnt want to go into gear and over ref, now the engene is damaged and they dont want to cover the damage done on the engene. it wasnt because of wreacless driving, they said i must cover the costs for a new engene, why do i have exstra cover if it wount cover damages.</p>
