Poor Service Delivery from ISuzu Dealerhip in Pretoria

<p>I have recently purchased an Isuzu bakkie. On the day when I collected the vehicle I was told by the salesman by the name of Sietsie that the car has tracking device which needs to be transferred to my name. Upon the ups and downs with the salesman who is so clueless except that he pushes the clients to sign the deals and from there he distance himself.</p> <p> Up to now my car does not have the tracking device all that he does he plays sympath which I am not even interested on. Further I have not received the sparekeys the license disc the list is endless.</p> <p>I find it very disgusting and very unprofessionall for the dealership like Isuzu to trear customers like a number which is not correct. I could have purchased this vehicle on a deallership who will treat me as a king a queen since I have bring in the business and also recognize and respect me up to the end but this is reall crep.</p> <p>All that I need is the transfer of car track, sparekeys , licencse disc not to mention that I did not even get a gift for an asset of R345 000.00 </p> <p>Isuzu is the worst dealership that I have made busness with and it sucks</p>
