Poor after sales service in finding parts at Isuzu

Dear Isuzu, I took my front drive shafts to Safety Brake & Clutch Midrand to send in to repair so that they can fit them when ready. When they were ready to install I purchased the circlips for the drive shafts at Isuzu The Glen so that Safety Brake & Clutch Midrand can fit the front drive shafts. After fitting them, I drove home. At about 40 km of driving home the vehicle started to make a terrible noise as if I was driving over rumble speed humps, I pushed the brake pedal until I was at 40 km per hour to get rid of the noise. I went back to Safety Brake and Clutch Midrand the next day to remove the right hand front drive shafts so that I can at least drive to work and back home. Due to the drive shaft making that terrible noise, I am sure that the right hand side bearings and hub was also damaged as I had to replace them to be working as the vehicle should. Jan from Safety Brake & Clutch Midrand has been trying to source the hub and circlips since September 2019 for the right hand drive shaft with no luck in finding them. I am also going to contact the AA in this regard as why must I pay for inferior parts installed that damaged my hub and bearings as the circlip fell out of where it was installed. I am very despondent that Isuzu South Africa does not have the parts that are needed to fit my front right hand drive shaft. As a novice I might have not named the parts as they should have been named or spelt. You will find that I have had plenty problems with my vehicle. I have been driving Isuzu vehicles since 1980.
