Pathetic Service.**** warranty.Rude to customers

On the 25th of September my Isuzu NQR500 Truck had a starting problem. it was discovered that the flywheel was damaged and the sensors where not feeding correct signal to the computer box.<br> <br> However i was advised that i needed to change the clutch and the flywheel so that they could warranty their workmanship.I paid over R28 000. 4 months down the line my truck overheated and after fixing the problem we also noticed that the flywheel was damaged again hence the truck will not be able to start like it did on the previous encounter.<br> <br> I called shane,A very rude manager and he told me that he will call the other company to see if he can send his people to inspect the truck and sort it out. He never bothered to send anyone there and he told me that someone was turning the the flywheel using the inspection whole.<br> <br> This is a stupid reason because no one could do that because the truck has a pulley that you turn with and then you use the inspection whole to observe the pulley. Our Mechanic knows that and the diesel pump people also knows that you turn the engine with the pulley. They even turned the engine with the pulley when they where showing me the damage.<br> <br> This is a lame excuse.Beware
