Not Happy Customer

I didn't get a good customer service from Isuzusa next to Glen Mall, I was treated like a complete stranger when I took my car for service. When I was booking for service I was promised to be taken to work. Guess what when I got there the two ladies at the reception told me... ...that I must organize my own transport to work and back to collect the car...that was around 8:05... then I went on try to understand why are they treating me like that they left me clueless and I asked if I can lay my complain any and she told me that they don't have complain.. ...box... I was frustrated that why they promised something that they couldn't deliver...after 40 minutes trying to figure out how will I get to work they told me that some customers got Uber_RSA and it was paid by Isuzusa The Glen but for me I must make my own plan.... .. while I am there they said rather wait for your car to be serviced and you can go with it... then with God's grace I was helped by Rre Linda with his car.... My worry is why should I be frustrated like that for being dropped at work because people are on leave? Will I take my car back there? I don't think so... First Impression last forever...
