No after sale service

My father bought a brand new Isuzu 4 x 4 2020 model double cab bakkie in February 2020 and a week after he bought the vehicle he contacted the dealership in Standerton where he bought the vehicle to complain about the vehicle that is driving very hard and that there is a fault with the bakkie. They did not assist him and then it was the lockdown, we are now in August and they still did not assist. Is this the type of after sale service rendered by Isuzu??! Pathetic!
