LIES AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

ISUZU & OPEL BLOEMFONTEIN MOTUSCORP: Ok so this is now the cherry on top of all the problems we have with this dealer. The first is that we were assured that a FULL inspection was done on the vehicle and all are in good order. The dealer agreed to pay for the service which was due in a few km’s. however when we booked in the vehicle at Toyota Kuruman we were informed that the brakes were completely worn down as well as the front shocks of this vehicle. Now I want to ask you, would you drive in a vehicle with your baby if the brakes and shocks requires replacement?? So my family were put into danger. We did phone the dealer and told them that these items requires replacement and that this was not our bill to pay. Thus we submitted the bill as agreed afterwards for payment. And guess what, we do not receive any communication what so ever to inform us they received the claim and what they are doing about it. Not even to fight that they refuse to pay for it. After my husband phoned a week later to confirm that they received the documents we were assured that the claim will be paid in a few days. However still nothing was said that they refuse to pay the full amount. Now again, I had to send communication to find out what is happening, and as I should have known already, we never received any communication back and again my husband had to call. It is so funny that when we look on the net to find a vehicle that we are interested in, we receive a phone call within minutes and also before we do the sale, the call center phones us to ask for service rating (the sale is not even completed, I think we received like 5 phone calls even before we even saw this vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous! Now wait this is the cherry on top: When completing the sale papers the dealer asked me when we receive salary, I told him that we normally get it on the 28th. Guess what, he has put my debit order for the 28th!! The salary is only being paid in on the 28th and already a debit order gets done before I get my salary cleared. So I said to the dealer when we did the papers that this is unacceptable and that the debit order must go off on the last day of the month as it always did. I was told that Wesbank does not allow such change. Surprise!!!! After calling Wesbank to rectify the dealer’s mistake they told me the dealer was able to change this at the sale. Now my first deduction will off my account with “NO SALARY” reflecting yet. Who will pay for my debit order bank charges when it does no go through!!?? I have bought a few cars in my life and have always been with Wesbank. But I must say, I am negative about this dealer and will NOT recommend to anyone to go there to buy a vehicle or sell one. This is the most worse service at a dealer that I have ever experienced. I am sure that I still will not receive any communication to rectify these issues.
