14 Feb 2024, 16:05The lady at the reception is very rude. I waited the whole day, I had to cancel my meeting because of *********** people. I waited for the whole day to be assisted. She said I must wait they will assist me after lunch around 3 I went to check the progress only to be told that I must wait 3 clock doesn’t mean the lunch is over
