Isuzu pathetic service

My name is tebogo Mokgosi,I would like to complain about Isuzu in Kimberly.last month the company booked bakkie for a major service but what we got from Isuzu Kimberly was a shocking unprofessional service from them.

1.The list of what we requested from them to service the car was not done.(sti struggling with all the stuff I took service for)

2.when we asked the lady working there she said stuff like that they need time to be checked and corrected and addressing us with attitude and not even paying attention to our query.

3.company paid R7000 for an unprofessional service full of hate and ******.

It means I paid 7K for oil change,bulb change and bad service offered by isuzu Kimberly.

I would like this matter to be fixed as when one is taking a car for service information of what need to be fixed is always communicated but with isuzu Kimberly you only get bitter and unprofessional service.

I hope that this matter will get the attention it deserve as we cannot carry on like this I the new south Africa..
