Isuzu Middleburg - The place where I almost gave away 4k for nothing

I had my car towed to Middleburg - Isuzu dealership on a Wednesday. Long story short, they were not going to fix my vehicle but wanted me to pay the amont of R4300 before I was allowed to collect my vehicle. When I request a cost breakdown to see why I was being charged this amount they said that they actually couldn't provide me with such a document as they haven't done anything, litterally anything on my vehicle and said we can collect the vehicle with no charge. Its now Friday more than a week later and I am back to where I had strated. I'm only complaining because if I had not asked why I was being charged almost 4 and half thousand rand then I would have paid this amoun to people who did nothing at all. I find it really disturbing that people can be so shady.
