Isuzu installed counterfeit (****) brakes

I changed my brakes 2023 September for 30000km and now I took my car to Motus vereeniging for 45000km on the 9th of July 2024. However the bakkie came back with a whistling brake sound. Meaning that the brakes replaced were counterfeit (****). I am just wondering why Motus didn't notice the problem. Isuzu mechanics are not qualified to do the work.
