ISUZU does not back there warranties nor is there any customer care service.

ISUZU does not back there Warranties. They try everything to get out of the warranty on a brand new vehicle. 35 000 km shocks worn on my X-rider, it caused my tyres to get high spots, 3 weeks battling with ISUZU and they just keep on ignoring me. Phone calls to LUIS, THOKOZILE, ANDILE all managers at there customer services, Everytime I phone they are busy and the only reply is that they are busy with investigating the matter. WOW just so they know investigation means when you are looking for the problem, If you know what the problem is then you do not need to investigate. My front tyres has high spots on and it is dew to the shock that was worn. There service at customer care is NONE existing as not one of the managers there has got any idea how to do there job.
