Isuzu D, Max is a Headache

Isuzu service is terrible

bought a brand new Isuzu in 2022 and since the we regret our decision and Isuzu careless. the car has been vibrating since 2022 and when reporting to Isuzu they take you from pillar to post while they know exactly that their the car has front suspension problems.

the differential is leaking and Isuzu will keep on saying it is the seal, but the problem remains, when you report the matter to Isuzu, they careless.

The car has an A/C problem and it has been to different Isuzu dealerships with no luck, when you report the matter to Isuzu, they careless though it is contractually binding since the car is under warranty.

buying an Isuzu is like buying a headache as you do not know what to expect. Poor customer service and workmanship
