Isuzu cannot fix problem on nearly new vehicle

I bought a new bakkie. It now has 27000km on. There is a electrical/electronic fault on the bakkie. The bakkie has been with dealer 2.5 weeks. Dealer and Isuzu cannot find problem. They do not revert with news and just ignore me. Worst after sales service I have ever had.
