INCONVENIENCE: Brand new overheats in a month

Bought a brand new Isuzu on the 29th of September 2022. A month later, 2200km later, bakie shows overheating, only to fund a leak in the cooling system.

Called GM ISUZU (WILLIAMS HUNT The Glen) they told me they gonna look at the bakkie after 48 hours as it's their standard booking procedure- no courtesy considering the age of the vehicle!

Figured I must just take it to a different isuzu dealership without calling. Turned out it has to be booked in and they have to order new radiator. ETA 4 Days!

WHEN WE BUY BRAND NEW VEHICLES, WE BUY FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF NOT GETTING STUCK RANDOMLY. This isuzu breakdown has proven to be costly (e-hailing) and an inconvenience as I've missed three meetings and deadlines already due to this.

Moral or the story- it looks like they are not as tough as they look these 7th generation isuzus.
