Faulty clutch and breaks - 2015 Izusu 30000km!!!!

2015 Izusu KB250 S/cab this bakkie went for its 30000km (4 mth old) service on the 18th Dec 15 with this service they informed us that the breaking system on this bakkie is faulty but that they do not have stock is on order,the bakkie will still shatter till they replace it as we complaint about this bakkie had high refs and movement on the clutch pedal this was also reported on the first service but with both collections after the services they reported that the clutch is 100% 3 days later we were stranded 200km away from home we phoned the Isuzu a/h road assist we received excel service but unfortunalty towed to the nearest agent P/town Isuzu They report the clutch needs to be replaced and will cost R10 000 and is not covered under the service or warranty phoned Bates as how could they not saw with the services and our reports about the clutch, only 4 months? 30 000km? This bakkie for our business, 4 weeks without it still need to pay,brand new as we cannot afford to be left alongside the road that is way you buy new and not 2hand, but now on our way to tow it ourselves as we are treaten with storage fees Shame on you Isuzu clutch faulty frm day 1 think $ before buy a new Izusu
