Disrespect at its Worst from Isuzu

Recently bought the new launch Isuzu DMAX 300LX from Gemini Motors, KwaDukuza. What was supposed to be one of the most exciting days of our lives actually turned out to be a ********** nightmare of an experience for us. The salesman was so rude, snapped at me and has never bothered to apologise. A staff member, who sympathised with me for the shabby treatment I received, contacted the Dealer Principal. However, he has not contacted me to date. No apology has ever been given to us to date. My deepest regret is that I chose to buy an Isuzu bakkie over a Toyota. I've had such a beautiful experience with Toyota with my last purchase & wish I had just stuck with them. The shabby treatment we received from Isuzu has upset me & my family beyond belief and we are still grappling to wrap it around our heads. The dealership obviously doesn't care because they have "made the sale". Never will I encourage any person to purchase an Isuzu. In fact I would encourage everyone to stay as far away as possible. Rather opt for a Toyota.
