callcentre dont want to help

i struggle to get n sideshaft ,new or secondhand , for my Isuzu 3l 2007 model. Imperial Isuzu Bloemfontein,look up and say there is no sideshaft for the right at Isuzu SA OR AT ANY BRANCH. They also tell me it take +- 4 month to import the part(OUT OF EXPERIENCE ). i do deliveries with the vehicle and cant wait , I will lose a lot of income. So i call Customer Care , they say they can do nothing ,if I dont order . I say I cant wait 4 months. I THINK ISUZU IS VARY BAD. if they cant give us parts in a good time and or take my complaint (I had aboud 20 Isuzus in my live, but I think I must look to uther lav and trucks )
