BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY ISUSZU VEHICLES - THERE LIE ABOUT THE WARRANT ON THEIR BRAND NEW VEHICLES

Dear Isuzu,

I am writing to you very concerned about the entire ISUZU as a Company.

I bought my vehicle last year April. From April until now I have had several problems with the car of which all of my issues ISUZU will never take responsibility. They lie theta they sale these vehicles with warranty yet it’s a BIG LIE, their warranty will never cover anything at all. THE WARRANT PART IS A BIG LIE.

They sold me a vehicle with the TONNEAU COVER which was very small to the vehicle. I took it back to the Dealership, WESTVAAL MENLYN, the dealership will never assist you. Once you buy the car from the and they have money in their pockets, they are not there for you anymore.

This time, my car just could not close, I immediately advised them, they said I should bring the vehicle which I did, then they said it is the Alarm System that is not working. They then advised me to go back to work and they will contact ISUZU and see if they will assist, they came back and said they will not assist because it is my fault that the alarm system and the remote is not working and therefore I should buy the new system.

My question is that does this mean that ISUZU is deliberately selling substandard vehicles so that after a few months with a brand new vehicle that you are paying so much money, I must start buying parts. I cannot start buying and replacing part on a brand new vehicle after 1 year of owning it, it means every year I will be paying substantial amounts of moneys to keep a branch new ISUZU VEHICLE RUNNING.

I am taking this everywhere so that my fellow consumers who own any ISUZU Vehicle should know and be warned and maybe buy other vehicle makes and definitely not ISUZU,

I have owner 3 ISUZU vehicles so far with the last one being the MIDNITE, I never experience such until I sold it after 6 years. I even sold it with the original remotes.

I won a Toyota Fortuner, 4 years now no issues at all, I own a Datsun Go now 7 years no issues at all. I own a SUZUKI same story, But this time my favorite is letting me down. I have been loyal to ISUZU for the past 20 years, you can check my records and I was not aware that I will end my LOYALTY like this.

I am very disappointed that I am taking the vehicle for sale and I forget about ISUZU, but I will definitely let other people know about this also. Or maybe they are treating me like this because I am a BLACK FEMALE. This is really not fail at all.
