Bad Service
I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service, or lack of, from one of your sales person Niandri Niemand (Isuzu Louis Trichardt Branch - Limpopo).
I accompanied my uncle to the dealership at the end of January 2020 to purchase an Isuzu Bakkie. The sale went through without any hassle. Niandri would phone more than three times in a day to find out when the cash would be deposited into the dealership account. Eventually the transaction was processed as early as February 2020. The vehicle was then delivered to my uncle. Since the delivery of the vehicle in early February, Niandri has been phoned on more than ten occassions to find out when the registration of the vehicle would take place. Messages sent to her where ignored. Eventually i phoned the dealership to lay a formal complaint. I was put through to a gentleman by the name of Chris. Only after having spoken to Chris did Niandri finally decide to act. She sent through registration papers (which were delivered on the 29th June). As soon as the papers were received i sent Niandri a message to find out what i was supposed to do with the papers because i was under the impression that the 'Service and Delivery" fee charged to the invoice included registering the vehicle. I don’t know if she expects a 61 year old to go queue at the traffic department. My message sent to her was ignored. I followed up with a phone call at 09h54 on the 30th June seeking clarity and as always, Niandri said she would phone me back and she never did. I don't know if this is the same treatment given to all your clients but 7 months is a very long time to wait for a vehicle to be registered. The sale of the vehicle happened way before the lockdown was implemented so i really don't understand what her excuse could be for not finishing what she started.
