Bad feedback from Isuzu

<p>from jan to june of 2017, i had the sparewheel ****** of my Isuzu Serangeti three times, the last time with the security Isuzu fitted lock. Nobody at Isuzu can explain to me what the purpose of the lock is, and Isuzu just for their convenience closed the query/complaint I logged. i am a very unhappy client at this stage, as Isuzu did not even attempt to offer or suggest to me anything to help and solve my problem. i am highly disgusted in the after service and feedback after buying this expensive vehicle with no backup from Isuzu, surely with tegnology there must be a solution, WHY DOES ISUZU FIT THE SECURITY LOCK? if someone can just answer me on that please!</p>
