Bad experience with my Isuzu

Good afternoon.

I am deeply disappointed with the DMax 1.9LS which has been parked in the garage since the beginning of the year. What was supposed to be a normal filling up my tank routine turned out to be the worst experience of my life with this vehicle.

The vehicle was towed to Meyers Umtata which was diagnosed with fuel contamination. And I was told Isuzu doesnt cover that. I took that complaint to Sasol Abbotsford in East London. The diesel that was alleged to be contaminated was taken to Sasol test team in Jhb. Their test according to their results was negative of any contamination.

I wrote to Isuzu South Africa to no avail. I am paying for a car which I had nothing to do with it being not on the road. I ended up buying a Toyota GD6 2024 model since my business was suffering as I bought that Isuzu for business purposes.

I bought a Dmax 2.5 Gen 6 in 2022 which is still running no problem, I have an Isuzu 850 FTR truck 2023 model which still gives me great service but the 1.9LS the less I say the better.

I am about to approach an ombudsman to see if I can get any help with this matter s I am paying an installment, insurance and tracker on this car every month.
