Great Doctor, but underlying issues in practice

Dr Bawa is a competent and friendly doctor. I would definitely recommend him. However, I have noticed though that they remove the negative comments from their google reviews which is a little sketchy. Since last year I have been a patient of Dr Bawa, they constantly have new staff which is also worrying. Firstly, James left, then Thandah, then Charmaine and then recently Anne. So now they basically have all new staff. Why don't the staff want to work here? I think there is some kind of issue with the management of the practice. It is unfortunate because Dr Bawa is great.
