Robbing off customers cover amount

This company is not honest and it robs customers. i have had a phone insurance with them for over 3 years and in our contract it states that my cover is R14299 today i lost my phone and my claim was approved however they want to give me a phone worth R10999 yet i have to pay R1100 access amount and i already paid more than R5600 worth of monthly premiums.
