Pathetic service

I bought iPhone 14 Promax in August 2024 and took insurance with istoreinsure ever since I've been having problems with debit orders they cancel it without reason then I must call they reinstate it but I must beg them to debit its as if they are waiting for something to happen to my device so they don't pay I'm forever calling and complaining but nothing is done I sent emails and get no response I'm so frustrated at their service
