Istoreinsure

I logged in a claim after I lost my iWatch, I was told backlist it with my service provider. I reached out to Vodacom in order to blacklist the watch. I don't know why but I did. Vodacom advised that they do not blacklist watches. I went back to istoreinsurer and now no one is responding. It's going to be a month now after I logged in a claim but no one seems to know what is happening.
